Paige Caunce, Director of Cricket at Her Game Too said: “We are thrilled to be bringing Devon Cricket Foundation on board with the Her Game Too Cricket campaign.
Sharing our commitment to inclusivity and promoting gender equality, we are very much looking forward to working together and spreading the message across Devon that cricket is Her Game Too.
The Foundation’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion programme, #OneGame, has made tremendous progress in bringing people together with a shared love of cricket. We are proud to be supporting their journey towards stamping out sexism from the sport.
Through partnering, we hope that we can inspire and encourage women and girls across the county to get involved in cricket, whether that be; playing, officiating, coaching or supporting. By supporting one another, we can break down barriers and challenge the stereotypes that still exist within the game.
We are incredibly thankful for Devon Cricket’s support and are excited about the future of cricket within the county.”
Lucy Ford, Director and Co-Founder of Her Game Too, added: “Her Game Too Cricket are keen to work with stakeholders within cricket who align with our values, and share our ethos that cricket is a game with all.
We are really pleased to be partnered with several grassroots clubs throughout the country, but we are also absolutely delighted to be partnered with the Devon Cricket Foundation”
