Debs Parr

Debs has been a passionate Bolton Wanderers fan for 54 years, a love that began when her late dad took her to her first game at just four years old. By the age of 14, she was confidently attending evening matches on her own before heading to the under-18s disco to meet friends - football has always been a huge part of her life.

Now a dedicated season ticket holder, Debs follows her beloved team both home and away. As a photographer, she captures the essence of matchdays by focusing on everything but the game itself. She has a particular passion for documenting female football fans, aiming to raise their profile and celebrate their presence in the sport.

Debs runs the Bolton Fems Instagram page, where she shares striking images of female Bolton Wanderers supporters, showcasing their dedication and passion for the club.

Dedicated Fixtures

Bolton Wanderers hosted their first official Her Game Too dedicated fixture on 3rd September 2022 against Charlton Athletic. This featured players warming up in campaign-branded t-shirts, an all-female group of mascots accompanying the team onto the pitch, and prominent 'Her Game Too' branding throughout the stadium.

On 23rd October 2023, Bolton Wanderers hosted their second dedicated fixture, with the same activities as the first. This fixture saw the addition of participation of Bolton Wanderers women and girls players in pre-match and halftime activities. Emily Clinton led a stall in the Fan Zone to promote engagement and raise awareness of Her Game Too.
